Hi, are you talking about a specific casino, please? Or are we talking about our site?
Let me know and if it concerns Casino Guru, I see that it does not connect to the game provider's server under Czech VPN - apparently. And I'm on a PC. I'll try to find out more.
Update: it's not working anywhere at the moment - it's more likely something with the game provider. We can try a "fix" on our side, but it will take a while... I'll try to let you know when I have confirmation that the games are running.
Thanks for the quick reply. I think it has to do with the fact that NetEnt no longer offers games in the Czech Republic outside of licensed operators. At Sazka (a casino with a Czech license), Gonzo's Quest works normally, but at foreign casinos the game doesn't load at all - and for me the demo doesn't load either here at Kasíno Guru or on sites such as Slot Catalog. So I'm guessing that it's a blocking directly by NetEnt due to the Czech license.
You're welcome, I thought about it that way too, and I think you nailed it. Precisely because we can usually solve it with free slots with a game provider, but when the game doesn't work at an unlicensed casino that accepts Czechs, it really sounds like that. Maybe I'll be sure on Monday 🙂. I'm trying to verify it with a colleague.
Im having issues on mobile on amonbet with netent but all other providers games are fine. Amonbets customer service are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Had worked fine up until about a month ago. Now none of the netent games load. So far I've tried on 2 different phones in various locations, 2 different Internet providers plus mobile data with no luck. Also tried incognito and that didn't work either. The only way they will play is on my laptop using Microsoft edge, but guess what this browser won't play the games on my phone. What on earth can the problem be? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Perhaps there are some new restrictions for this provider from your country.
You could ask directly to the casino support about it, actually.
They are useless just blame my Internet connection etc. Having done further research it seems that theres issues with the provider but this lazy site cant be bothered to keep players informed. Thanks anyway!
