Is Allyspin reliable?

I would like to know from you if Allyspin actually makes payments.

I am waiting for a payment of 60+170 euros approved on May 14/15.

It was stated that it would be done within 3-5 business days which has now passed.

So a few days ago I decided to write to him to get some news because after checking with the bank there are no transactions in my favor pending.

They tell me to wait 5 business days, even though I said it was approved May 14/15.

I wrote back a few days later for an update and they said 'we understand that the wait may be frustrating, we are awaiting information from the relevant team and will try to speed up the processing'.

So I understand that it was never processed because I repeat, checking with my bank, there are no transactions in my favor.

How can I proceed?

Hello, in short, the casino should be reliable, at least based on my colleagues' research, but I agree that what you described feels very weird. I mean obvious lack of communication, which may only worsen your experience.
