Impossible to get into any kind of game

I can scroll through the pages and choose any type of game, but when I try to open the game, the monitor just dims but doesn't go any further.

I use a MacBP with OSX Catalina, and I play through Chrome.

Any maintenance or my mistake?

Hello, can you please take a screenshot of what it displays to you when you try to open a game? Only some black screen without an error? Would be helpful to see so we can try to investigate.

I don't know about some maintenance or whatever. Everything should be fine on our side. 🙂

The screen doesn't go completely black. It only dims slightly and you can still see the bottom of the page. But it always stays that way and doesn't move on to the game.

When I press any key, or the mouse, it returns to the normal clarity of the page and I can continue browsing the games.

Another note - the game thumbnail doesn't show the option to play for free or for money. It's always "spinning" in the preview and doesn't show the usual options or the videos demonstrating the game.

It happens with all kinds of games. Slots, table games... I can't get into any of them

I've never seen anything like this before, and I'd like to find a solution.

Just one thing: try incognito mode or delete every single cookie you saved for the website. Those are usually responsible for tons of problems these days. 🙁
