Has anyone here had any real luck with this slot? I've had the bonus open a few times, but haven't had any big wins yet. The game itself seems pretty good though.

I was getting free spins when the game crashed. I remember it was at a 100x multiplier and the game wasn't over yet. My bet was $0.60 on RocketPay Casino, but it crashed. I reloaded and only got less than $20. That's impossible because when it crashed, the multiplier was at 100x and about to increase further, but it crashed. It took a very long time to reload, 3-4 minutes, and the amount I won was far too little. Who can I get a refund for this?
