Mate, they're all games on the PP platform. The game is just an example of what's going on. No game opens via PC in the Mobile option.

It's been a while since the Pragmatic Play platform has had this problem. Other providers run normally, both web and app.

Could not comprehend what seemed to be the issue. I have a quite stable internet connection, and the game runs smoothly on both my PC and smartphone.

Maybe capturing a video would help. Is it a resolution problem of any sort?

I play via mobile. But in computer mode on mobile or desktop. I'm complaining about the supplier and not the game, as I've tested other games on the platform and the same problem was found. The screenshots sent are above

I've tested other casinos and they also have the same problem. There are complaints about the same problem on the forum.

Hm, then obviously they'll have to fix it if it's happening to you on these games in multiple casinos. Did you try to tell the support at any of the casinos that this is the case and they replied with something ? 🙂

I called only one house. But they said they would check. But when I tried other houses, I realized that the problem was with the server or provider (P.PLAY).

Because the other providers, for example, bgming, synot, amigogaming, amunset etc, all work normally in (computer mode) via cell phone.
