Error registering slots plays

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I don't know if there is a similar topic. If so, apologies.

The issue is that in a "slot bar" of a well-known online casino, the following has happened to me:

The slot gives me a prize of €70, and on the scoreboard it counts as a prize of €30.

I go to the play register section of the casino and the play stops at the part where I have to "uncover the prize". With which, from my point of view, there is no conclusion to the incident nor does the same technical support of the room give me any conclusive information.

My question is if this is legal and if they should reimburse me for the prize that I claim.

Honestly, without any chance to check your gaming history or see a single screenshot confirming the amount won, I wouldn't say there is much I can say.

If the slot game is run properly from the game provider's server, I would say you can try to contact the game provider - if you feel the casino shows little interest in your issue. This is not about legality, it's about finding what has happened.

Of course, but what I don't see as correct is that all the history is stored well, except for the part in which "the prize" obtained is revealed.

I don't know if this is a software glitch on the part of the provider. If this is happening, can't you claim anything?

As I expressed, you should turn to the game provider, if you're lucky, the provider will check it out.

Just mind that usually, casinos do not pay out winnings gained from glitches and software bugs. This is most often stated in the rules.🤔
