Blazing coins feature freeze

Any one get this happen to the . Cause it happen every time on every platfrom the exact the i hit start feature and glitch glitch the reboot the feature never plays out . I tell support and met with denial even tho i havd screen reconds . But i cant seem to up load it on here to show you. Blazing coins popiplay

This is something the casino should definitely address if it keeps happening to you, especially since you've even sent proof of it. They should forward it to the game provider. But if this happens to you everywhere, then I wouldn't play this game.

Have you tried contacting the game provider? If this is happening to you at multiple casinos, has any of them looked into it?
