Hello, I'm not sure I follow you but if you explain what you mean, I can try to help. I guess the solution depends on why the game won't start for you specifically, so are you seeing any sort of note while trying to play, please? It could be a geo-block on the provider's site, though; the game works nicely for me. Can you check it out with a free VPN set to a different country maybe?
