my Complaint has been rejected several times what I dont understand.


I requested closure in the whole casino group because of addiction. THe answer in my case was the following:



"It mostly depends on the casino license as some of them have a rule where all sister casinos have to be blocked, but it is not this case. Also the casino can respond to the complaint even without us requesting them to so they may have posted in other complaints anyway.

Please contact the authorities in case you wish to continue resolving the case as we will be now forced to reject the complaint.

Also what I dont understand there where Cases confirmed and forwarded under the same licence in the past.....

Hello, I don't know exactly what Curacao license has this as an option, that if you self-exclude yourself in one casino and say you want it for the whole group, it can be done. 

There aren't many casinos like that and you should always check the Terms and Conditions, because just because you self-exclude in one doesn't mean you can do it in the others, even if they are in the same group. There are many casinos where you would have to do it manually in each one. Alternatively, it might be fine to write an email to Curacao licensing asking this question or it might be useful to find some information about the licensing authority.
