What are the "red flags" which tell you that it is time to stop gambling or slow it down?

Your spending more than you can afford to lose without it affecting you in any way. Your thoughts through out the day are preoccupied with thoughts of gambling. Your making rash actions and gambling because your bored. It's not fun it's stressful and your getting agitated playing.

As soon as you think you see a red flag then it’s definitely time to stop!

If you have any doubt in your mind about your gambling being anything but fun, then it’s time to take a break.

I'd say the red flag is any frustration you feel while playing and after you stop playing. I'm not saying that it's not normal to feel a bit disappointed or angry if you play in a casino and don't win. The thing is, if you have some budget that you use for playing and you know that you'll most likely lose it, you can accept the loss much easier. Whenever you lose money that you didn't intend to use for gambling, I'd say that's the clear red flag, because it means you can't control yourself while gambling.
