Is it true that, when you block yourself from one online casino from a "mother casino" the other sister casino's are not allowed to accept you? It is with casinos with a MGA license.

Who many days do you gave to complain? I didn't know about this... its almost 3 months ago but a lot of casino's allow it.

Honestly, I don't think they have to do it. Sometimes, it's the same group of casinos, but they've got completely different management and they're simply not connected together. They only have the same owner - that's it.

I asked MGA about it; Yes, they need a connection between casino’s from the same group when somebody block himself complete for a website.. So, when you block yourself complete on a casino with a MGA license and a other casino within the same GROUP accept you they doesn’t allow to do that. When you make a complaint they need to give you de full deposits back.

That's really good to know. Could you please send me an email or post a screenshot of the part of the text when someone from MGA said this? It would be good to save this for future cases 🙂

Unfortunately I don't think that casinos with Curacao licenses have to do the same.

Really? So, it is true then. Hmmm. Better yet be more careful when I reply to the casino’s live chat because I use their sister company of sportsbook.

This is only if u STATED your are gamblingadicted.. If u only selfexlude your acount by the tool on the site then they are not obligated to refund you.

That's a good point. There's no reason to close the account in casinos from the same group if the player doesn't have gambling issues.
