How long are you trying to self-exclude your account? Did they tell you why is it not possible? Sometimes it takes time but it shouldn't take too long I would say as it is serious matter.😕

today solved THE PROBLEM after 8-9 attemps . Meanwhile i lost about 1000 euros cause of this situation..

I Shout , and insult them.

They have system that situation, is not logical so much long time for just a simple closing account. They have system Jaro.. They know the weakness of the players that's are addicted to gamble.
