Aspire Global International Ltd. (OASIS)

Hello, I have a question. The operator Aspire Global International Ltd. offers several online casinos in Germany with valid licenses. I have had an OASIS self-exclusion since February 2024. The exclusion only applies to legal casinos in Germany. My question: Does the OASIS exclusion also apply to Aspire Global International Ltd. casinos in Germany? Because I was able to register and play at some casinos without any problems. If the OASIS exclusion really applies there too, then I will request a refund. Can anyone tell me the answer? Does the OASIS self-exclusion also apply to Aspire Global International Ltd. casinos with a German license?

Also why would you try to request a refund when it was you who signed up again and lost your money?

What I learned: Not every provider operating in Germany automatically uses OASIS – even if the brand is well-known or appears to be German-speaking. It all depends on where exactly the casino is licensed (Malta, Curacao, etc.) and whether it is subject to German regulation. Aspire Global, for example, has several sites with MGA licenses that are not connected to OASIS.

Romi is right – if you share the specific casino names, it's easier to assess the situation. And @Charlie_Manchester also has a point, in my opinion: Refunds are usually difficult to enforce if you registered yourself. Perhaps it will help you to focus on the next steps – whether that's extending the ban again or specifically looking at non-OASIS platforms that suit you better.
