Apologies I saw the email. I will retry, removing any complaint about the licensing and keep it to only the mislabeled merchant codes?
Hello, I believe that the incorrect merchant codes are related to the same issue as the missing license. The way I see it, you would like to complain about something outside our reach. 🙁
Merchant codes are defined by the payment processor, and we are unable to investigate or take action against them. The best option is to contact the bank; however, as you may have seen in the other thread focused on this subject, even the banks say they can't do much.
This is literally a grey zone associated with the banking sector.
It's one way of looking at it, good point, but it's not right that some betting houses have a gambling license in a certain country, where they pay taxes and have to comply with gambling addiction records, and others don't, if it's because you don't want it to say that your deposits are to X casino I can still understand it, maybe you'd prefer something else to appear, but what's behind it is more than just a note in the bank, obviously it's just my opinion, I hope you don't mind that I answered you, greetings.
I am fundamentally against any surveillance and state control.
Unfortunately, nowadays all citizens of a country are monitored by the state and it is moving in this direction that we will soon all be controlled by the state.
I don't like that.
So it's fine for you when deposits don't appear as casino payments, right?
Players' opinions vary, and many people have argued that if, for example, you have a gambling ban in your country or bank, the fact that the deposit is not displayed as a gambling transaction means that this issue is avoided.
Well, the bank generally knows about transactions because it can be viewed. But is it important for you that it doesn't show up when you deposit money into a casino?
