In my case, the Ombudsman in Malta has already contacted the provider and is now requesting a substantive response regarding the issues I’ve raised.That alone speaks volumes: it means there is a case, one that goes beyond frustration and into something tangible.Unfortunately, as you noted, the current ecosystem of labs and licensing bodies appears self-contained. And while these systems work for operators and providers, they leave players with no truly independent channel for verification.
Perhaps in the future, labs or institutions will emerge that can assess player concerns without costing thousands,and without being bound to the same stakeholders.
Until then, those few external watchdogs like the Ombudsman become essential.
