Hello, you will be notified as soon there is some reaction. You can always check your complaint from time to time to be sure you don't miss something. I can see there are over 4 days for the Complaint Team to reply.
I'm skeptical of them too now. The customer service sucks. I mean they're trying but they can't figure out simple things and even tried blaming me when I'm way too intelligent to have missed anything on something so simple.
Just to update you, Estevan's complaint was solved and he got his winnings 1 month after the withdrawal request: "The player from Canada requested a withdrawal and after 2 weeks of waiting for the payment, he decided to submit a complaint. The player received the payment more than 1 month after the withdrawal request due to the deep account review by the casino. The complaint is resolved."
