Hello everyone,

I would need advice from someone who has already successfully dealt with a larger withdrawal from the 20Bet casino (it does not have a Czech license) and subsequent taxation in the Czech Republic.

I managed to win a higher six-digit amount in CZK. The casino is sending me the money normally for now, but because they won't let me go higher due to daily limits, I'm gradually sending amounts of 30,000 CZK to my fully verified Skrill (maintained in CZK). I plan to gradually withdraw it all from 20Bet, or at least some as long as I'm allowed to withdraw.

Next spring I definitely want to file a tax return (other income according to § 10) and pay 15% tax on it. I have screenshots of deposits, winnings and the entire history from Skrill hidden. I want to stop playing completely after this and cancel the account.

I want to ask about your real experiences:

Did 20Bet pay you the whole bigger amount? Should I start panicking? They are paying me for now, but at this rate it will take about 2-3 months. Should I expect them to block my account over time or ask for some crazy verification?

Has anyone of you dealt with the Tax Office or Customs Administration regarding such a win? Can't I have some trouble in the Czech Republic (apart from the possible blocking of money by a Czech bank, which I know about) for winning on an unlicensed website? Do I understand correctly that if I file a return and pay the tax, the state is satisfied and doesn't deal with anything further?

Has anyone had a problem with Skrill? Did they ask you for proof of the source of funds when hundreds of thousands started pouring into your account? Were screenshots of your casino game history enough for them?

Thanks in advance for any real experiences and advice! And yes, unfortunately I didn't know that the casino doesn't have a license in the Czech Republic, I'm playing for the first time and it didn't even occur to me. It seems like a normal online casino to me. When I started to get more interested, I found out, which is why I'm asking this question. Thank you.
