Withdrawals not processed

Anyone ever had a large withdrawal actually received? Or did you just give up after weeks of lies?

I've had two €500 withdrawals from Wishwin since August 19th, and they're still stuck in "processing" status. I contacted the chat support, and they told me they're overloaded with work and not to worry, that they'll process them as soon as possible. This is making me doubt myself, and my question is whether they'll actually pay or if I should just consider it lost. Thank you very much.
