My question is, why does support tell me the withdrawal has been approved, processed and sent successfully but I can still opt to cancel my withdrawal plus no correspondence or confirmation email/text/platform inbox notification of withdrawal successful what so ever, I mean not even a promo email since -
If you've withdrawn from here - do you receive a confirmation email/text/platform inbox notification and what happens to your withdrawal request during this process completed type?
P.s its only been 3 days BUT they said AUD withdrawals are processed and sent on the same day as request... hmmm help a girl out
