Withdrawal delay or decline

There is no excuse for online casinos to delay or decline withdrawals, you will find that whilst your withdrawal is pending or being looked at you will still be able to deposit as much as your house and this will go through in seconds.

if all online casinos use the the same method for withdrawal as they do for deposit it would be a faster more efficient service, this is to convenient for my liking and no one want to speak to you about it .

This entire issue, in my opinion, is much more complex, and it always depends on the circumstances.

If my account is being verified or investigated and I am not sure if I will be able to withdraw my winnings from the casino, I probably would not feel the need to make any more deposits, for instance.

I believe that the topic of responsible gambling practices, which is very important and for which I thank you, is quite connected to your overall concern. If all casinos (management, executives) followed the same guidelines, it would be great. Some examples of these guidelines could be deposit caps, cool-off times, and the ability to prevent players from playing until their withdrawal is completed.

I fear the other part saying, "if all online casinos use the the same method for withdrawal as they do for deposit it would be a faster more efficient service, this is to convenient for my liking and no one want to speak to you about it" This is very unlikely on an international level. For instance, in Brazil, they have to use the PIX method, this one is completely out of the question for the rest of the world.

To the best of my knowledge, however, many casinos still only permit players to withdraw funds using the same method they used to make deposits. There is a good chance that an exception will occur because the current political climate is quite interesting and has made it difficult for many payment providers to collect payments.

Is this possibly the source of this topic? Please do not hesitate to be more detailed.

It appears to be very promising. I want you to know that I still remember how frustrated I was with each delay when I had to go through a few KYC procedures in the past.

I am relieved that you are probably out of this!

Got this this morning 6th time back to the start again , another withdrawal, all checks done just more excuses not to pay out .

I like everyone else likes to play the casino games but part of the fun is possibly winning, what’s the point if there is no payout at the end.

Did you also contact support to know what is behind the reject ? I thought that after you passed the verification that it would get better and eventually you would get money but I see that it is not so. Also, did you enter a new withdrawal or not ?

They asked that I send proof of address I have done this and requested a new withdrawal, awaiting further information

Hmm, then it seems to me that it can be caused by the fact that they first have to check what you sent them and thus successfully verify it. When that happens, you will probably be able to withdraw money. So try to focus on this first and we'll see what happens next.

Hi there, I had no probs withdrawing here so I am confident that if you submit docs etc okay, you will get paid. I wonder if your bank is having a problem with a Euro transfer - make sure you can accept Euros as they pay in Euros even when you have played in GBP. I used Revolut to deposit and to withdraw, it accepts euros so it all went through smoothly. Just a hunch in case it's something you can try. (I am not sponsored by Revolut LOL)

When the chat says that you should withdraw without problems, do I understand correctly that you have already passed the verification successfully or not ?

I see that the other player is also trying to help you with his situation, so I firmly believe that you will also get the money.

I will wait for your update. 😉

Okay good news.

Anyway, I saw in your complaint that you said the money should be in your account? Is that so, and did you get it? Apparently there was a verification delay and it should be faster now.

Please confirm it for me. 🙂

Yes Jaro all good it appears that in your normal bank account there is a section for over seas banking that gives a different sort code and account number Iban.

So it's good that you figured it out and managed to make a withdrawal. I'm really glad it worked out well.

Anyway, do you think you'll play here again? 🤔

There are two reasons why operators delay withdrawals:

  1. You can cancel the withdrawal and start playing again, obviously the operators profit from this.
  2. Bettors' money is not actually available. It is a resource that is invested. Or simply put, if all bettors at the same time want to withdraw their money, the casino has no way to pay them out. Examples in history, as many as you want. That's why they have such a policy, to delay withdrawals. The larger the amount, the longer the delay will be. As with some small casinos, it can take months for a large amount. The money you deposit is directly "absorbed". They are not sitting around ready to be pulled. As claimed by some operators. And you might be thinking "what if I hit the jackpot?". Jackpots are paid by the game providers.
