What exactly is a wagering requirement(or) a playthrough I'm asking all for there definition please thank you

It means for instance if you are offered a bonus with a wagering requirement of x35 it means you have to wager the deposit plus the bonus x35 so if you deposit $50 + if the bonus is 100% = $100 x35= €3500 play through before you can withdraw. Another example is if you get free spins and win say $25 x35 wagering = €875 play through before you can withdraw. Always read the terms and conditions of the casino you want to play at!!

If you want to get more complex information about bonuses in general - types and mechanisms, you can check our article:

But if you meet the playthrough 100% it's done correct?

So if you have a $3500 playth and you play 3535 you made it correct?

So as long as you meet the playthrough any amount above should be eligible right? That's the way I've understood it for years

That is correct. However, as nigeljc wrote before terms and conditions may vary from bonus to bonus AND in each casino as well. Some bonuses conditions may be somehow special and hidden in general terms and conditions.

Like you heard of wagering too little above the wager requirements? For sale purpose of withdraw?

As you know I play at tons of casinos but never heard of that!(until withdraw times) lol keep in mind this my 2nd withdraw at so place last was November ( I got paid then)

So if you have a $3500 playth and you play 3535 you made it correct?

The thing is - yes, it's done if you do the required wagering, but you also need to take into account that many bonuses have winnings limits applied. So even when you're lucky and win a lot while wagering the bonus money, you won't be allowed to withdraw it all and most of your winnings are going to be voided.

First time ever heard of in 50 casinos and why would that consist of a instantaneous account lock? They knew what they were doing

The wagering requirement is applied on bonuses in about 95% of casinos so it's literally impossible you faced the first casino out of 50 having such requirements. You probably just didn't know the other casinos have it as well.

I have a 7 in 10 ratio hitting cashing my 1099 said I cashed 5000 this year all smaller deposits but no sir I've been paid at many even played free bonuses and paid if my playth was 3000 and I got 3001 I cashed **** also that I think if was any kind of issues at hand should been addressed in 8 months instead letting me deposit day after day and then hit cashout and suddenly lock my account I think this is one sided tactics

Hello, so you have been playing in some casino for 8 months now and instead of the first cashout there your account was locked. Do I get it correctly?

Is there any connection to the wagering requirement, (or KYC maybe)? What seems to be the problem?

It's the open case with jacks pay correct they said I have a history of barely meeting wagering req also chat with them now they blacklisted me for? Makes no sense no issues til I cashed out

Well, most of the information in this complaint is hidden as sensitive so I just want to make sure here.

I'm surprised they communicate with us, though.

Let's wait for the complaint to advance further.

That's what I meant.

I'm not much surprised there is no other reaction, I'm afraid.

Wooow! I'm just looking at the message from the casino. I still wasn't sure if I understand it correctly, because it was hard to believe, but now I'm sure...

So basically they confirm you wagered the bonus and you completed the wagering requirement. But I still didn't say why they keep repeating that you "barely completed the wagering requirement".

The thing is that according to the casino, you can't just complete the wagering requirement. You need to complete it and play more. It think they prefer when you lose it all. But you definitely can't wager it, complete the wagering requirement they gave you and then ask for a withdrawal 😀😀😀 I'm sorry, but this is the most bullshit rule I've read in a very long time. No wonder they operate without any license.
