It's not that we don't trust you, but every day we encounter user reviews that are also biased to support the casino. When a pattern is created and it sits on rieview it is rejected. However, if a player like you did has clear proof that it is a honest review, then there is no problem to accept it. So it's good that you wrote and provided us with evidence on the basis of which it was finally accepted. I think in cases like this, at least it shows that the user review was genuine.
So now you know, and also the information that it is necessary to examine very precisely whether it is possible to use it. It is best to check it several times so that various problems do not arise.
I have an idea. To make it easier for you to identify a real player, you need to add a file upload function and make it mandatory. A player who provides proof of a real game will help weed out paid reviews.
Good suggestion!
Let me add that we have one more. While identifying "fake" or neutral user evaluations is a complex task, we never aim to upset actual players in any way. Regretfully, our never-ending quest for maintaining a fair user rating might still lead to it.
And now for the resolution: Just imagine that players will be asked to provide their actual casino username.
I think it is no surprise that the whole team is looking eagerly for this feature to come alive!
What seems to be the reason? Lack of proper responses from local players, perhaps? 🙁
Well, the user review issue is associated with changing IPs several times per day through VPN. 🙂
Anyway, you're still getting emails because this setting remained ticked:

It has nothing to do with an unfollowed thread. More with a direct reply to your post. 🙏
Thanks for the answer. But registering a player at the casino and receiving a username will not take much time. To get a real review, proof of play is required. Without this you cannot gain experience. Think about how best to do this. As a user from Russia, I have to use VPN. Sorry.
I didn't say we would not work with the username further 🙂.
Yet I truly appreciate your concern and hints. 👍 Could you perhaps explain why you need to change VPN settings many times per day? I mean, I do understand the main reason why you use it in general; just the frequency may look quite suspicious. That's all.
Hey there,
I suggest using the reply button since it increases rapidly your chances of getting a reply from the player. 😉
Don't worry, in such cases, we try to move such posts - I would not use the term BS, though - to somewhere more appropriate.
Using a VPN system in a "hack" format can lead to unpleasant consequences. Therefore, personally, as a player, I would advise playing where it is allowed without a VPN.
Be careful and enjoy the game.
Be careful with VPN, because some casino restrict playing and win in slots of games of restricted providers, you can just miss the opportunity to cashout
Of course, if a player wants to use a VPN, it is important to make sure that he can do so, because if he tries to bypass the casino by using it and it is not allowed, it will only end up being a nuisance. Therefore, I always recommend checking the Terms and Conditions and also double-checking with support if it is possible to use a VPN. Of course, take screenshots in case something happens.
But obviously I agree with you. 🙂
