Attention everyone, Spinsala.com is a fake online casino that has fake slots. This is all confirmed by game providers. Also gamecheck.com proves this as well. You can email hacksaw etc if you don't believe this. You can also read Spinsala's comment thread section here on Casinoguru and Trustpilot.com.

I wanted to say that I watched it too, but I didn't read the whole thing. I saw that Radka wrote about it with the players, so I believe that if she has an update she will provide it. 

How did you find out? Something was wrong with your games and you wrote to the game provider?

Hi. Me and other players have sent evidence (emails from game providers) to guru 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done about it yet. Not warning players etc. We had intense conversation in the comment section in Spinsala review.

First time I saw this site I immediately realized that this site is fake. Too good to be true bonuses and their curacao license was faked. Last CIL licenses expired in January 2025 and there was no renewals because new regulations with the licenses. And spinsala's license has expire date on May 2025.

Also I went to check their games and used brower's inspect element feature to inspect the network so I can see the server where the games are hosted from. Well their servers were completely different and also no replay feature on their slots so I realized omg this site is a fraud and then emailed hacksaw gaming and pragmatic play about it.

As far as fake games are concerned, I know that we have often had conversations with colleagues about this and in some cases it is very difficult to determine. But when Radka said that she would get to you with an update or that you should get to her, I believe that she will deal with it and will be happy to explain everything to you.

Well there's gamecheck.com which has most of the online casinos tested for fake games. Also game providers reply within days if you ask them about a casino if they have real games or not. What I don't like here is that Guru hasn't warned players even though evidence has been sent to you long time ago. Really slow response time fixing serious things. Also if you guys don't believe the evidence sent by players for some reason, you can always email game providers to confirm this. Confirming these allegations shouldn't take 2 weeks, max 1 week.

When you see something odd or something that could "harm" the players, I think you should prevent more people falling for the scam instead of waiting and waiting before informing anyone. The site is literally being investigated by the police and it's absurd it's still advertised here as a regular casino.

I keep saying this because I really hope Guru understands that this is not the right way to do the things here and in future there's faster reaction time. It will save people's money and also their personal data getting in wrong hands since the site is run by organized crime apparently, that's what game providers have told us.

file Here's one proof for example. You will get the same response if you email hacksaw yourself. Reply from Hacksaw's official email. They usually respond within 48h.

It's also concerning that the site is still up and you can deposit there apparently. Even though people have reported the site to their domain hosting company.

Now they have changed Spinsala's rating from 6/10 to 0/10. Good start. Now just remove whole review as soon as possible because the link is still there.

To what you wrote, sometimes it could be faster but on the other hand, do you think that players don't send us some information that is not based on anything? That everything the players write is legit? I remember a case where a player also allegedly emailed the game provider, emailed us about how the casino had fake games, and in the end we found out that the game provider has gmail, which is obviously not true. When we contacted him back, he did not get back to us. We also have to check what the source of the information is and besides what we do all the time, which is not a little bit, we are not able to do things in a second as somebody expects. Maybe some people should try it to see that you can't do everything right away and when you do something you have to be 100% sure that it is right. 

But I believe that you will understand it, even though often players see everything only from their side.🙂

Yeah well I get it but same time I don't. 2 weeks is a long time especially when players are in danger, well their funds. And what comes to the legitimacy of those evidence sent, you can verify the same information within days becausegame providers reply pretty fast. You could've solved this faster and changed the safety index as soon as the evidence was sent you. I'm certain that the game providers have already replied to you. And yeah I think it's good to leave the review and not delete it, but you also must explain in the review why this casino has 0/10 rating. For example say that this casino has been found to use fake games and fake license. Yes their so called curacao license is fake as well.

I understand you too, I don't check these things since I am an admin on the forum but I can ask you why it took so long. 

On the other hand, I think that two weeks is not so bad and I can't say if and when they wrote to the game provider and how difficult the investigation was. I'll try to find out more about it and maybe get closer to it. Believe me, we always try to get everything right as soon as possible, but as I said, we also try to have everything verified. 

I am glad that we have players who care about such things and give us suggestions, but as I mentioned in my last reply, sometimes players come with serious things like that and we find out that they wrote similar things just because they didn't win in the casino or waited 3 days to withdraw. things like that take a lot of time for our team to deal with requests or suggestions from players as well, and then it can happen that that's why it took longer for someone to get to it.
