I recently just won $300 and was waiting for my withdrawal but received an email saying I won to quickly and did not meet the wager x 3 limit. When I deposit I never use the bonus features. Can someone explain? They mentioned money laundering

Please know that it is not unusual that due to the AML policy, online casinos also put some wagering on the deposit.
So, I believe that is what they meant, that you need to wager your deposit 3x before you withdraw your winnings.
