The money just arrived but it was returned to my casino account, I don't know whether to play or use another payment method since it was rejected and my money returned to my account 🤔

I'm going to file a new complaint, vulkan Vegas won't let me withdraw my money, I want to withdraw 1100 ARS but it tells me that I have to bet a minimum of 412.5 ARS, commission applies, that's why it says and I had previously bet but the money did not reach my account then later they gave it back to me and now they want me to bet but all i want is to withdraw my money.

It's part of the terms and conditions.. you have to play through a certain amount.. that's the same with "tsars" and I'm satisfied with them except that they charge a fee for withdrawals.. but as far as that's concerned, that would be the only casino I've ever been to would play again but am cured of gambling for now maybe at the end of the year again...

If I play again it is obvious that I could lose and if I win and they reject my payment again?

You have to turn over a certain sum...yes, that's difficult. I can't give any advice. You can ask how much it would be

Any idea why the payment provider rejected my payment of 1100 ARS? I had made the withdrawal through astropay and my account is verified?

If you took some bonus in the past and have not fulfilled the wagering requirement, you are not allowed to withdraw that money - that is quite an essential bonus condition. Ask the casino for more details. If I should guess the payment was returned because you have not yet met all requirements, you were asked to wait, but at the same time, you were not most likely allowed to withdraw at all.

Ask the support, and keep in mind that all bonuses have terms and you have to comply with those in order to withdraw the winnings.

I did not have any bonus, I only deposited without a bonus but yesterday I received a message from vulkan Vegas that I could not withdraw the money because there was a technical error in the payment provider and that I still spent my balance playing but I did it because they forced me to do it or else They wouldn't let me withdraw and it's a scam because of the 50 times I bet not one gave me a profit and if I won once in the bet it didn't give me all the profit, I couldn't withdraw due to their mistake and they didn't answer me but when spend the money if they did and didn't take care of the payment provider's mistake.

I'm sorry to hear that you lose. Issues with payment providers are sadly very often, and honestly, there are not many things casinos can do about it. They rely on their payment providers, those are usually 3rd party companies hired to take care of all transactions.

I failed to understand how the casino forced you to lose your balance. I'm sorry to say that, but you should do your best not to play that out. Did you consider setting gambling limits to prevent that?

How do you not understand if I did not play they would not let me retire?

So once again:

I'm sorry to say that, but you should do your best not to play that out.

I mean, the casino is not responsible for you losing the balance, it's sad but you played willingly.

Did you consider setting gambling limits to prevent that?

It would be best if you could lock your balance until the withdrawal is processed, but this is a pretty rare option. Casinos usually do not offer that.

It is not responsible for me losing, but if it is responsible for not letting me withdraw my money, do not deposit in vulkan Vegas people since the payment provider rejects withdrawals despite having the account verified and having no bonuses and dps they will not be able to let withdraw unless they play so they lose their money 👌

If they didn't let you withdraw, you would have waited for the problem with the payment provider to be solved, I'm going through something similar in another casino, I made a deposit, I bet more or less 20 times the amount deposited (without a bonus or anything), now that I want to withdraw, I don't They leave me for verification purposes (even though I had already sent enough documents), when that happens you just have to wait, I've been waiting a month for them to review my documents and I won't use my balance to bet anymore, that's the best you can do If a lot of time passes and they don't let you withdraw (as in my case), it's best to register a complaint against the casino here

Thank you, you're right, I'll follow your advice the next time I bet in another casino.

The best way to find out what went wrong is to submit the complaint. I would try that for sure.

If you hesitate, learn more about the whole process right here.

From my own experience (know some ex-Vulkan employee) Vulkan is a reasonable casino. Most of the times you just need to wait and veryfie some documents.

And other thing - you should listen to Radka (btw. im Radek 😛), official complaint will do the job.

Vulkan Vegas actually won the Casino Guru awards for The Most Effective Handling of Complaints. You can watch the part here.

Based on my experience, some players have issues with longer withdrawals periods in the casino and I'm not honestly sure what's the reason behind it. Since the players are usually from the same countries, I guess it might be related to payment providers and sending money to those countries, but in general, they always try to help players and get it resolved.
