Verification by slot provider

I'm new to the forum and hope you can help me.

I've been playing slots for a few years now and I often lose my deposits.

I always assumed that in good casinos you would get your money back without any problems if you won.

Now I have this strange verification of winnings by a provider and I would like to know how it works and what it is actually for.

My questions:

• Can winnings be revoked?
• Can a player see if a slot is not working correctly?
• Why is the player held liable if problems occur?

Some casinos simply have the providers check if the wins was legit if the win is higher than xxxx or the winning multiplier is high or it happened to many players consecutively, some new slots are prone to bugs.

I wouldn't be worried, the slot providers will never admit a mistake.

My brother once won 900 euros on the slots and they let him take it out, but they asked for verification.

Usually this kind of verification is asked from the game provider when the casino has some suspicion of irregular gameplay.

Have they explained to you what the reason for those checks is, or haven't they told you anything?

Are you aware of anything you may have done wrong, perhaps?

I won 6000x on a Pragmatic 1000 game.

In the end it was a 4000 multi - I was rather surprised that it wasn't a max win.

I was in the chat for at least 30 minutes and wanted an explanation, but as always, there were only standard answers no matter how explicitly I addressed them.

That can't be true....

I believe that you got all this wrong, to tell you the truth.

The game provider checks whenever there is some possibility that the player, let's say, bet over the max. bet, played using some strategies that are not allowed to be used, and so on.

It doesn't show any error when you play; it is just not allowed to play the way they suspect you of playing. And, of course, no one is saying that you really violated something; they just need to make sure everything is okay.
