Hello, do you mean Mifinity account ? Do you know why it was blocked ? It's probably best to write to support and ask what is the reason and what you have to do to get it changed and unblocked.

Okay, so I see they reset the code you probably use to log in. You may have entered it incorrectly a couple of times and that's why it happened ? Did it help that they reset it and you can log in now ? If not, then write to them again and tell them that you are still having problems and that nothing has been solved.
Feel free to write to me again to let me know how it is going and if the issue has been fixed.
What do you mean now, please, how do you get into the account ? The verification code doesn't work or what is the problem ? Have you written to support again so they can guide you or give you advice ?

I would let your operator know that you are having trouble getting verification codes via SMS. About a year ago, I encountered the same problem. In my case, the sms was blocked by the operator. In any event, be sure to notify the mobile operator and the casino as well. There has to be a cause behind the failure to receive the code. It also might be on the casio's side. Thus, I would try both suggestions.
I would say that you need to contact them and explain the problem. To the operator, if by any chance they are blocking the number where the verification code is supposed to arrive and to the payment provider, that you still can't get it and maybe there is an alternative to send it somewhere else.
