I am opening this thread to raise an issue regarding 1win Partners.
I have been working honestly as an affiliate with 1win. Recently, when it was time to receive my earned commission, I attempted to log in to my affiliate account but failed. Instead, a message appeared at the top saying "Contact support".
Following this, I sent them an email, but they completely refused to restore my account or release my commission. They claimed that I had violated their terms under Clause 3.2, which is absolutely not true.
I have worked with full honesty and did not engage in any fraudulent activity. I am completely ready to provide all my legal documents and verify my real traffic sources to prove my innocence.
1win has unfairly blocked my account and refused to cooperate. I kindly request the Casino Guru team or any representative here to assist me in this matter and help me get my hard-earned commission.
