I had asked my lawyers to accept the offer that was made in court a year ago and to submit the offer to Tipico.
She only wrote that Tipico isn't willing to settle; I have the feeling they simply don't want to. Because they think 25% is too little and the litigation funder would probably be dissatisfied.
Has anyone been able to reach a settlement with Tipico in the last 6 months?
