Hello SEAN0009,
I'm sure you've noticed that if casinos resolve the complaints, players get the winnings and in the opposite situation, the casinos get some portion of black points based on the severity of the disputed amount which affects the overall rating score.
A handful amount of complaints does not mean that the casino does not pay.
There's also one aspect we should mention. Bigger casinos (those who have many active players) tend to have more complaints submitted compared to smaller ones (even worse casinos).
Only the fact that a casino has a submitted complaint doesn't mean the casino is bad. The question is how they deal with the complaints. I remember it's been about 2 years when many players from Germany and South America complained about long withdrawals in Vulkan Vegas, but it was just some temporary issue. Of course, there's sometimes a similar complaint, but the amount of complaints decreased by a lot.
Yeah your right Now I have spent about £20.000 on slots since I started playing I should stop that’s what I keep telling myself but boredom in my life keeps bringing me back. I must of left 40 casinos bectI felt they were manipulating the slot I play. I think the 96.3% RTP is a load of tosh. I’ve decided to have one more bash at it on Friday if it’s a disaster then that’s it I’m out
It's quite sad that you play out of boredom, but what I found the worst is that you can't even enjoy the game anymore. How about some good TV series instead? I came across this list.
Do you think it would not work for you?
Hello Radka
i don’t own a television I haven’t had one for 10ths.?I just listen to the radio.?what I meant by boredom is because I’m retired I have so many hrs to kill. I still get a buzz playing a particular slot which if it didn’t exist I wouldn’t gamble. I’ve had some good wins €6000 but mostly I lose which I don’t mind if I get some game play but I hate it when my deposits go from its initial amount down to 0 with just dead spins like has been happening atvTime2spinbwhich I why I wrote a bad user review. I have to admit I’m an addict which means I think about gambling when I don’t have the cash to do so and when I do get money I do. Still I’m a single person and it’s my pleasure and pain

Hello nigeljc,
well, ok my suggestion was the proper one for you - I can see it now.
I really have to ask now, which slot is responsible for your addiction? If you already mentioned it earlier I can't recall it, so my apology. Must be quite a game!
We all hate losing, that's for sure. And I must confirm that when I browse new slots in our free games section to know what's new I usually give it a "few spins" I noticed that I would not play a game with no return, no matter how fancy the slot is. Well, it's about the RTP and volatility and portion of luck.
I would not dare to suggest anything stupid, feel free to read this article, please:
