I play a lot of slot apps and spend money on them and have won on a lot of them. Cashoomo is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
When I was trying to get verified, I kept getting the same AI message via email and the chat on their app. I kept getting told a ticket was created and escalated but a real person NEVER helped me. They don't have real people working there.
2 weeks later, I was finally verified and submitted my redemption and was told it would take up to 3 business days. I didn't receive the funds so I sent a message and was told that it could take up to 10 business days. I wasn't happy but now we are at 15 business days, and I still don't have my funds. I try to reach out and I get the same AI message and no real person will help me.
Their new AI message no says that they have a larger amount of redemptions than normal so they're releasing the funds in the order the redemptions have been submitted. Read between the lines and this app/bussiness is out of funds and not releasing people's winnings even though I spent a decent amount of money on this app to get to the redemption amount.
They have decent stars on the app store but that was before they must have run out of money because the newer reviews are bad and the stars they have are already going down. They ran out of money and aren't going to give people who win money their funds.
Do not play this game; it is a scam! Use your time and money on apps like Crown Casino, Tang Luck, Cider Casino, and Lavish Luck.
