Hi there

i have had some recent issues with this casino group. My Playojo account was cancelled without any explanation, after querying …weeks later they said I needed to open a new account with .com license. As I live in Guernsey which is a British channel island there are sometimes licensing issues so I accepted that although I still don’t know how it’s within a players control to know what license their membership belongs to….now to the 2nd issue. Slotsmagic casino which is part of the same group required me to verify my account before withdrawing, submitted the docs and was happily playing with a nice balance that I’d built up when suddenly I get a pop up saying I can no longer play using real money and should contact support. Support say they are reviewing my account. So I have a balance I can no longer play or withdraw, a week on and there is still no news and no progress. This casino seems to take weeks to reply to email, online chat is no longer live. Any advice? As it’s the sane group as Playojo I suspect they will say there are licensing issues and may well close my account too, in which case I don’t know where I stand with my balance. On here it says they accept players from Guernsey, so hoping that’s not the case.

Even if they're dealing with some licensing issues, they should send the remaining balance to the players. I can imagine that this is quite a unique case. It's not something that can be easily resolved by the customer support. I suppose that they probably don't have a lot of players from Guernsey so it's quite a tricky situation they need to deal with.

Anyway, they seem to have a UK license as well as the Maltese one so I believe that even if it take a lot of time, you should eventually receive your balance. Just tried to remind them about your case every few days. That could help.

Thanks Daniel, they have now refunded my balance and told me I need to open a new account on the .com license, but when I try I get a message saying the email is already registered….grrr

You got your money at least. I feel like it's a wrong implementation from their side, because they apparently have your email address in the database and there's not another database for the .com website. It's probably the same.
