Share your personal way to calm down after losing 10 deposits in a row

I’d probably say I wouldn’t play for a long time. If it’s more than the limit you set for a single session, I’d definitely consider seeking some help. Something like this might happen once, but I think that if it happens once, it could happen again. It’s not good to chase losses, and you should always play only with money that the player is willing to lose without it affecting their life.

What proven method do you have? 🙂

This happened to me for the first time, I was upset and rarely play for now.

I'd like to know if anyone has experienced the same streak of bad luck.

Sure, thanks for the reply. I think everyone has experienced something like this, and I’d be happy if someone chimes in and lets you know. Alternatively, you can search our forum for similar topics; I’m sure someone has discussed this here before. 🙂

Honestly, after a bad losing streak I usually just force myself to step away completely for a while. Once frustration kicks in, every decision gets worse 😂 Sometimes I go watch something, eat, or even sleep on it before touching another game again. Chasing losses while tilted never ends well for me.

I think that's a good point. I also think it's never worth chasing losses. That way, you can get yourself into even bigger trouble. I bet on sports from time to time, and I’ve never had a problem walking away from it. So when I lost, I told myself, "I gave it a try, and maybe next time at some other big sporting event." 😀

For me the best reset is stepping away from the screen entirely. Even a short break helps because if I keep playing while tilted, I already know I’m going to make worse decisions and probably chase losses harder.

I guess the rest of you feel the same way.

Would even a short break help you? For me, a longer break of several days would probably help more than just a few hours, for example.

probably just kms, or go outside
