Could someone please tell me how to do this redeem process that asks for your name and then a signature

Hi, what did you get these points for? When you click on confirmation, nothing happens?

However, I think the most reasonable thing would be to ask the casino support to help you, because I don't know how it works there.

I click on confirmation and it asks for my name then signature if I choose cash option. I hit a $20,000 jackpot but it is only letting me redeem 10000

At this point I'm not sure what to say or how to ask. But basically I'm just trying to find out how I do a coin redeem where for cash option it asks for name then a signature. I'm attaching 2 pics. One that shows my $ total in the platform the other is of the redeem page it gives me.
