I have the feeling that there is some kind of barrier between us, because I ask questions to which I don't get an answer and on the other hand you give me questions that I don't really understand.

That's the important thing, what I already wrote, that I don't know how you should take those points. You said that if you click on confirmation nothing happens. Of course it's important to know if it's a social casino or not because if it's not we would try to help you if you don't know what to do next, but I have a feeling it is a social casino. 

Anyway, have you tried contacting support if there is any or live chat to help you or advise you what to do in your situation ?
