So I won 100k on rollxo. Never had a withdraw so was first time verifying. I struggled with that abit but long story short I had to get new photo id. So I done that and verified via subsum. Tried to do a first withdraw and rejected then I get a email about how they now require a 2nd form of photo iD and asked for a month's bank statement
Is this normal?
