Hi I can’t seem to play live roulette on rolletto since yesterday. It’s saying geo restriction in my area. But I’m in uk. I’ve never had this issue. I can play other games but not live casino. I spoke to rolletto agent and firstly he said there’s a technical issue from there side. And now he is saying the issue is from my side. I never needed VPN as I’m in uk and it’s not restricted. file

What is the game provider?

Hi, I would recommend using the "reply" button if you want to reply to a specific player, as they will be notified of your message.

But did you have a problem here or are you just asking out of curiosity ?

Does it work if you use VPN?

Hello,

You probably missed this part: "I never needed VPN as I’m in uk and it’s not restricted."

Thus, it depends on your location and the actual restrictions. How does it look for Sweeden, please?

I mean, have you tried?

I don't have an account with Rolletto. However, my point was that if he utilizes a VPN (perhaps set to Sweden) and finds success, it would strongly suggest that either the Casino or the Game provider has imposed restrictions on the UK.

Oh, I see.

Though, I would not say that. I'm quite convinced that once the UK is allowed to play without VPN usage, there is no restriction for this particular country by any technical means. What do you think?

Haha, you've actually motivated me to sign up with Roletto and test it out using my UK VPN. However, the original poster didn't specify which live roulette provider they're interested in. I noticed they offer a range from Pragmatic Play, Evolution, LuckyStreak, Betgames, 7Mojos, XProGaming, to Asiagaming. Jumping into all of them would be like attending every single event at a carnival 😛

😀 Well, if you are really up to it, be my guest!

Good point with the carnival, though. Which one? It wasn't said specifically.

As a bookworm, I suggest browsing the terms and conditions related to point 4:

"4.   AVAILABILITY OF GAMES"

Which only considers NetEnt games. I'd say it is a hint 🙂 - just only one to exclude:

4.1. Absolute Restriction: United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, France and Italy.
