Of course you can submit the complaint, but as long as the casino communicates with you and it hasn't been even a week, I'd wait. There are cases on this forum mentioning another casino, where players wait for multiple withdrawals over 14 days, but they eventually get it.

The bad sign is when casino doesn't reply to your messages or they claim you breached some terms and conditions, but this doesn't look like your case.

It is a request like any other I did not violate anything.

They replied today that it will be settled very soon and that they have a technical problem with the transfer of payment to my country but if so I think it is not only my country will see next week. .
