Exactly, no communication


Even worst, it was credited the winning to me, I asked for the withdraw, it didnt happen and after that they erased the balance and the history, like nothing happened

Oh, this is indeed a challenging situation. Usually I would strongly recommend submitting a formal complaint against such a casino. On the other hand, this complaint starts and ends with the ability to provide proof that something happened, and I honestly have no idea whether my colleagues would be able to help when the most important "document" (the bet history or log) is missing. I can imagine that such a casino won't just give it to us; casinos usually stick with "the bet is not on the list," and there is no way for us to contradict that.

I already submited, but unfortunately it was refused. I believe that could be for this reason. It is hard to proof from my side when the history was erased and they don't provide internal logs

Oh no.

It gets even more intense... I'm honestly sorry we could not come up with literally anything, but I'm also convinced my colleagues have very limited options in similar situations.

No leverage we could technically use.

You can try asking their Sup team to get the logs for you ,but i don't think they would do it.
