A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

im glad you got your refund, i have emailed them a few times but not heard anything back about 4 days ago, did you include anytning specific in the email, if you don’t mind me asking how much did you get refunded, i am looking around 4-5k.

As I said, it takes a bit longer than 4 days, I assume cause lots of people are reaching out for refunds. I was honest and said MCC misuse and the fact that their merchant isn’t licensed to offer its services in Germany. I also escalated to the CNB after 2 1/2 weeks of no reply from them. Patience, you’ll get it! It was around 1K for me.

It's on Swipez complaint page on their website at the bottom. But you should wait a few weeks before contacting.

Hopefully they see my emails. I emailed quite a lot since 4 days ago, I actually checked I had a few transactions on one of my banks and a few on the other for dsolpay, I have sent them all the transactions and hoping for a refund, I’ll wait a little and then contact CNB if not.

Hey, letting you know that Swipez (dsolpay) just refunded me in full, three weeks after I contacted them. You should be good!

Hi I’m almost at week four of waiting with no luck, but I’m talking significantly more money. Did they ever contact you back or did the refund just come in?

Just came in with no response from them or the CNB.

How much are you talking, I’m about 8k across 2 accounts, no response after 5 days, since you haven’t received I’m not slightly worried. I’m not sure if I should take action now. Instead of waiting

Did the CNB not even bother responding?

I don’t want to sound rude but you need to give it a couple of weeks minimum before thinking of escalating. I’m almost 40k
