A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

What are you thinking with? You can't have your cake and have it, as the saying goes.

What did you say/write to the bank when you made the complaint, do you mean? Does not follow

Hello,

I recommend that you read through the bank's terms of use. They can basically lock your account, and terminate you as a customer, whenever they wish. Contacting "your lawyer" is a huge waste of money, especially in this case where you have actually committed fraud. Even if you hadn't, the bank has every right to freeze your accounts while they investigate suspicious transactions/behaviour.

You will probably be very happy if they unlock your account within three months, close your account and not report it to the police.

In such cases, we would recommend you to file a complaint and if what you say is confirmed, then we would not have a problem with it, or we would reconsider in the team how to deal with such user reviews. After all, if it has a telling value and it is true and our team has found it to be true, then there is no reason for us to reject such user reviews.

However, the important thing to add is that if it's just about one thing, it's not so much a casino review, because we'd probably want to know more if you played there. Also, we don't deal with local regulations and anything to do with legality, so you have to take that into account that something like that wouldn't be accepted.

Additionally, we always try to add as much information as possible to our review, especially the important ones, and it always gets better and we bring more and more of it. But an important part of playing in a casino is to find out some information about it beforehand. If you don't like something at the beginning, find out more details, because I'll tell you an example, if someone plays in a casino and for example two months sees that his money is leaving somewhere else on the bank statement and in another country, I would be interested in it on the first or second time. In my experience a lot of players don't care about almost anything until there are problems. And that's a mistake. 🙂

Well, I am not going to bother writing reviews.

I will accept the whole casino and gambling business is just a dirty business, casinos, affiliates, providers etc.

And that is good, because it have made me stop gambling. There is no reason to give money to any of these actors.

I should actually leave this thread too but it's interesting to keep track of things in general, so will stay until I get banned 😛

You're just wasting your time. They suck at answering

I sure do but it takes 1 min to send off an already written script so it feels better if I can do it than just ignore it 🙂

A little tip! Shit in and send copies by email that people have already sent. Write something of your own that suits you personally. You can use chatgpt

I have already done that 🙂 thanks anyway for the tip! Have scrolled through the thread quite a bit but you've had quite a bit of success from what I understand?

Can't directly say success. I was lucky that one of the larger sums was via elegro. But probably still 4-500k behind. But I have put this down now. Made a complaint via the bank instead. If that works (which I don't think it does) that's fine, if NOT, you can move on. The thing with lots of emailing forward and tbx doesn't feel worth it and the worst of all is that somewhere deep down you expect/think you will get tbx. When you don't get it, the losses that you had already overcome are reflected.

Well thanks.. I gambled away even more than you and was game free for years and then relapsed.. not expecting any refund at all but still want to try. In previous years, I have received some money back because casinos have pushed me to spend even more money even though I stated that I had problems. I'm so tired of casinos and hope we won't have to hear all the advertising in the future, but my wish will never come true 😅 sometimes it's just nice to ventilate with people sitting in the same seat. The biggest win is still that you don't play 😊

You have to come to grips with the fact that they are all scams. They will come up with any reason they possibly can to not pay you.

If you don't get paid when you win, you weren't really gambling. You were just being scammed. It is plain and simple.

I think that if you express your opinion without using vulgarisms or something that is against our rules, or you make judgements without evidence, you won't be banned.

It's interesting to see such debates because they are not frequent and therefore especially how it all turns out for the players and where they get in their situations.

Anyway, I applaud the fact that you stopped playing because for me personally it's also just a waste of money and time. There are many more meaningful things you can spend your finances on, and casinos are not one of them, at least for me. So if you've managed to stop playing altogether, you've basically won. 🙂

Have all given up on the scam companies. If nothing else, I hope people have understood that you should stay far away from these casinos. Their market is gambling addiction. They live only on gambling addicts who have various blocks in their own countries. Let's kill these casinos together. Don't PLAY on them and keep in mind that they know exactly who demanded a refund, but they will let you deposit money until you make a withdrawal.

further, dare to try making a chargeback through the bank. It is your right as a consumer to do so. You don't have to lie, be honest.. being honest brings only positive things. You will not be convicted of any crime. And these companies will be observed by the banks and hopefully something will happen.

To everyone who lives in Sweden. Report quickbit. If you have any desire for revenge against its pigs, now is your chance. Let's fix a nice fine for them.
