I managed to find a translated copy of the LOK (the Curacao iGaming regs) and interestingly there is a clause translated as:
Article 2.4(1)(j)
‘Based on an irrevocable decision of an authority in another country, the CGA is of the opinion that it has become sufficiently plausible that it is certain that the Gaming Licence holder is acting in violation of statutory gaming regulations of the country concerned’
Pretty sure that is a clear cut regulatory requirement that that Casinos cannot operate in jurisdictions where they would be acting in violation of the local laws. Ie the UK Gambling Act.
