A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I apologize, but it doesn't appear to be the official casino domain either based on the email domain linked to the account. Could you please clarify who you are speaking for when you say that you pay your fair share?

Thank you; you saved me a few more clicks. I'll come back to this matter once we investigate the whole situation. I already have my suspicions too; I just need some time to assess the situation and track possible account connections.

Dear players, please be patient for a moment.

Obviously not the casino - ain’t no way they would leak personal details and make it public !

Legal and Santander are clearly not who they say they are ! Don’t be getting excited - just some spammers I’d say

I’ve been reading the forum over the last 24hrs with a bag of popcorn beside me 😂

The curaçao licence has changed and a mandated player complaints policy including ADR is in effect from 31st July.

see here https://sigma.world/news/curacao-gambling-dispute-resolution-laws/

note the important elements around vulnerable customers.

so whilst they’re moaning about chargebacks (if it is actually Santeda group) they’ve got more to be worried about because you just need to go through complaints with the Casino and pass to ADR if they don’t resolve the issue.

The walls are caving in on Curacao casinos….

Also as an aside I mentioned setting up a website a few months ago. Well it’s going to be live soon. It will provide huge amounts of information in the public domain, searchable merchant information, advice on complaints policies and write ups of every scam casino and how to protect yourself. This will be totally free of charge. The point being that this forum is already in the public domain so the more widely we cast the net and the more public it is the more likely that regulators, the government, banks and casinos are likely to take notice.

Hello everyone again,

I have only managed to get one of my three banks to process chargebacks, the other two say it is not possible even though they are the same businesses, I have sent them screenshots of the refunds but they refuse.

I am going to take the dispute to the Bank of Spain, although I don't think it will be of much use.

I try to contact the businesses but most of them don't respond and there are some that I can't find the contact information for anywhere.

If anyone knows anything about the following I would be grateful:

ITSLOCLD

FLUENFS

E0000348

SKC AROMA

SIK CNTYK

INOVOCOM

Dear players,

After reviewing recent activity, I have temporarily closed four accounts. For transparency and security reasons, accounts stay closed until their merely unofficial addresses or relationships with casino brands are confirmed via official email or channels.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi Kelly, i notice you have had some success with PayOp/TransferOp is it possible to email me with what happened to you when you spoke with them? Youve probably had 100s of requests so sorry in advance.

Yeah i noticed this the other day.

Whats even better is that if you decide to go through ADR the casino has to pay the full cost of the service. I just emailed goldenbet after 5 months to reopen my claim, even if i can cost them the referral to an ADR then thats a small win for each of us.

The Risks of Dama N.V. Casinos (PlayAmo and Others)

Hello fellow gamblers,

I want to share some important information about Dama N.V., the company behind PlayAmo Casino and several other online gambling sites. Recent events and player experiences suggest a pattern of illegal and unethical practices.

• Key Concerns:

Unlicensed Operations: ACMA issued formal warnings because Dama N.V. operates casinos in Australia without proper licensing, affecting platforms like SpinsUP, Rebellion Casino, MoonWin, Lucky Friends, and Golden Star.

Financial Issues: The company was declared bankrupt in Curaçao in June 2024 due to over €800,000 in unpaid player claims, although the decision was overturned later.

• Player Complaints:

Sudden account bans with no explanation

Delayed or blocked withdrawals, especially after wins

Affiliates reporting withheld payments

Evasive Practices: Evidence suggests Dama N.V. manipulates company names and ownership structures to avoid regulatory scrutiny.

• Advice for Players:

Approach Dama N.V.-operated casinos with caution.

Document all deposits, withdrawals, and communication with support.

Share experiences on forums and report issues to regulators if needed.

Stay safe and informed—don’t let Dama N.V.’s casinos take advantage of you.
