A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I was 2 years gamble free and then foolishly decided to gamble again, signing up to Goldenbet. It’s crazy to think that these offshore companies get away with. I have written a very detailed email to Goldenbet referencing Curaçao licensing laws that they have broken. Not holding out for any response though.

I just have to suck it up and get on with it I guess

I was like that too, but the relapses always come and as the disease progresses you/the amount of gambling is always worse. The only way to stop is go to GA for good and follow the program.

If it wasn't for unlicensed crypto casinos I would only be 1/3 of what I am in debt as I am now barred from every single casino sportsbook legal in uk and that is even with slightly different details.

This is why these illegal casinos should be held accountable. I mean the last legal one I could go on, had me a max deposit limit of £400 month which ilI couldn't increase.

Anyone have any advice on my situation, currently registered with GAMSTOP, set up an account with Goldenbet, deposited and gambled.

is there any possibility of a refund through Revolut or Goldenbet themselves. Currently speaking to Revolut about a chargeback or refund but think it is unlikely as they are claiming it was a civil dispute. I had gambling blocks enabled via Revolut but because the transfer went through Transferop Payment Gateway it didn’t flag as gambling.

any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Unfortunately Transferop are Payop and the chances of even getting a response would be slim. Assume you did bank transfers?

Assume you know that Goldenbet are completely unlicensed now?

GA and read this thread - soon make you not want to deposit on these sites in particular.

Did they refund? They are ignoring me!

Several attempts have been made to make a transaction using my credit card since I won the chargebacks a month ago. Does anyone else have any experience with this?
