I have written several times here and informed people that it is a fraud if you make a card complaint to the bank and lie about where the payment went (i.e. not saying it went to the casino/games).

Either you keep lying about not getting the service, or you are being honest. Regardless, there may be consequences if the bank now discovers that you were dishonest when you made your card claim (attempted fraud).

Now we now have a unique opportunity to make a real difference. We know that there are Swedish companies involved in organized crime, and the crimes committed are clear and serious. you received services from them, services you could never have accessed if the casino and the "store" hadn't illegally manipulated the merchant code. You were also never informed about the exact payment process. In essence, you agreed to something that was misleading and misrepresented.

In other words, if you have to ask yourself this question, maybe you shouldn't be trying to get your money back.

Have you ever won big and then they pull out some BS rule that you violated that nullifies your win? Rules that their software can clearly automatically prevent you from violating, but are just there as a pitfall to save them from having to payout winners? Rules that would not be legal for any regulated casino to implement?
