A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I always think you can match up previous user names like the one a while ago go was a German who tried to scare people, last few have been linked to football names etc, and there was one other but can’t remember.

Usually go heavy on the first message never please can someone advise of this merchant or thanks for the help already, literally I’ve got a huge fraud marker on please don’t raise any more as if they are looking out for others…..

I reckon another 2 days and you may see it, most either got no reply then refund 2 days or 5 days max. Hopefully comes off and then take the earnings do not do it again otherwise it ends up like Paul and I, and probably a few others.

Sorry quick question, just while they do the review, my payments were made via apple pay do you think this will flag up and make a difference to review?

There is so much for free on here and most of us either email others/add anything on here anyway. Imagine being such a scumbag that you would think of charging people who are in a desperate situation

Thing is you can be really clever with it - digital games/skins etc get a steam account send evidence on the wallet nothing received also covers you when they falsely claim it went to X account as you have yours in your own name. That won me 12 chargebacks after bank asked for more evidence, cleared a few blockages on Chase as well. Just got this pain to get through on Barclays via 12.7 probably should’ve stick goods not received but I would of been in the 30s back which would of likely led to further hassle

This is all well and good, but what would you do if you sent the chargebacks as goods not received, then the bank comes back with; Sorry old bean, we've investigated this and decided these are actually gambling transactions, so jog on!

I would state how is that possible as I am on Gamstop (see attached then send to them), I have gambling blocks on etc. Lots of ways to argue this, are you Mastercard or Visa, also not saying that works just that would be my way of going back at it, deny it and then start showing that it is not possible for you to gamble. What bank is it just out of curiosity?

Ultimately if a bank states that then you need to go down the route of how can it be gambling provide evidence to me then after that you can work out best way to complain, I would 100% deny the gambling transactions if the bank stated that.

This could work in your favour if you get a good response to them, I order X so how can it be gambling it must be fraud as I don’t gamble/can’t gamble prove the transactions etc

I was refunded within a few hours of sending the charges to Swipez, then it took my bank about 2-3 days to process the refunds.

They haven’t asked to see my charges etc yet but I provided first 6 & 4 digits and address so thinking that have found them without me sending any over? Hopefully as there’s 148 of them and be there all day sending them over 😂 🤞

I had over 100 charges and over 6k all via Apple Pay. You will be fine. If you are Revolut they will go back to the euro account though and you will see them as pending refund and will clear within a day

Another thing I have noticed when challenging them they go yeah right I work for the casino are you an idiot etc or similar words. Even that one earlier I said it seems strange I didn’t even mention working for a casino, then you check back and the trolls such as that orangeworld said same thing as have others.
