A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Your FOS investigator is so far up Revolut’s arse they can see my investigator’s boots.

This is my concern on Mastercard, VISA state chargeback allowed on gambling for various reasons. Mastercard do not, Revolut are 100% in with these criminals otherwise they would have raised them.

Thing is I got back everything through revolut. But I went goods not received and said I didn't receive the digital assets. I think they are just following mastercard rules.

When did you file the complaint with the fos? I want to get an understanding of how long they take

It reads similar to my response from them, it’s almost like a stock response they have that Revolut can do no wrong even though their chat operatives lie constantly, make false promises about attempts to recover funds etc. but the FOS ignore all of that and just zone in on the gambling aspect and blame the customer!

Falcora is a nightmare. I can’t find any way to link them to a uk company even though the account number and sort code links to a UK regulated account

Having gone through this process twice with 3 banks (x2 visa, x1 Mastercard) I would say to anyone else starting the journey seriously consider before mentioning gambling as you will have a huge battle on your hands to get most banks to raise them, no matter how good the argument may be. In relation to Mastercard almost all FOS decisions on Mastercard are rejected so again I would say do goods not received for them, all the new banks Chase, Monzo, Revolut etc considering all the notes on here I would never mention gambling to them as they just reject at least you have half a chance at FOS

on goods not received with those banks.

Hi also have payop

they have stated point blank they can’t do anything as they are merely the payment processors

i have emailed Mastercard copying in Payop and exposing their dodgy transactions as also have proof from Payop they are for gambling despite Mastercards rules

I also attached media docs showing Payop are facilitating this

I have also emailed FCA, UKGC and sent proof showing all of this

and yet despite all of this starling bank will not dispute the fraudulent miscoded transactions!

am awaiting responses - will keep you updated
