A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

The only thing dodgy about me is trying to dodge eviction by getting my money back from these dodgy merchants!

there is the RTP, which can be 97% or even higher, but very different from a guaranteed win of 93% as you say... in short, out of 1000 players maybe 1 is in the green, maybe.

🛑 Offshore Scam Casinos – Join the Fight Back

Have you been scammed or blocked from withdrawing by offshore casinos like Jettbet, Donbet, Goldenbet, Mystake, or similar sites?

Did they:

Accept deposits from your UK bank account or card?

Offer VIP inducements, constant bonus pressure, or psychological manipulation?

Refuse to pay out or block your account when you tried to withdraw?

Use strange or untraceable merchant names on your statement?

You’re not alone — and action is happening.

I’m currently coordinating evidence and escalation with:

The FCA

The Financial Ombudsman

The Gambling Commission

Members of Parliament

And a national journalist

The goal is simple: to expose how these sites are allowed to operate, how banks and processors are failing to stop them, and to force reform that protects future victims.

Nah, it's time to go Nuclear.

I posted a full list of 'merchants' emails on here about 20mins ago however the Forum flagged it and did not publish, said 48 hour review. These affiliates are part of the scam.

Currently in an absolute slog of a battle with Monzo over getting some Terrvers transactions disputed.

They’ve come back 3 or 4 times with requests for different evidence, emails to different addresses, complained about how some of my screenshots have been cropped?! Absolutely unreal lengths they’ve gone to stop this going any further. Every time they’ve asked for different evidence they’ve cancelled the original disputes and asked me to submit new ones, which anyone will know is a time-consuming task on Monzo. They won’t let me add multiple transactions to have had to dispute each of 22 transactions seperately, multiple times. Painful.

Still going though, and have given them everything they’ve asked for so far. If they do ultimately decide against raising chargebacks, I feel like I’ve got a decent case for the ombudsman given how utterly unhelpful they’ve been

I don't want to link this on here but 40% were approved raised to merchant

60% rejected

Revolut final decision.

For reasons that are extremely challengeable.

I've also got lot's of information I can share with others [email protected]

I don't care if I do not get £1 back now, it's the whole principle.

Going Nuclear, and to the little rats on here? watch this space.

Overly verbose posts have to be reviewed by forum staff. I suspect it's something to do with security, or just making sure people don't spam the forum.

Worry not.

My massive prick post a couple of pages got censored for 48h 🙂

People here will be naturally suspicious of this, but I'm sure you've realised this.

I think this thread has been 'infiltrated' in the past by bad actors, probably stooges from either the fraudulent merchants or casinos.

Please be careful.

And I understand that I've emailed you back.

This thread certainly has been infiltrated and the affiliates are also 'concerned'

I'm preparing an extremely solid case and want others to join that if they wish.

I'm in the process of creating a web page also which shall be live soon.

For me personally it's not about money anymore, it's about accountability and change.

We are all VICTIMS of these sites, we never stood a chance.

I understand that this topic makes many people uncomfortable, but we are not inclined to censor anything here. It is just a way to avoid everyday spam, bot attacks, and so on. Furthermore, since it has been just two or three of us here, we are unable to approve everything within a couple of minutes, especially during weekends.

We appreciate your understanding.
