Here is what I sent to Chase ignore the merchants can’t be bothered to remove them. They were refusing but then did it straight after this.
All these were added to chat but for ease listing again:
Mastercard would expect attempts from me to resolve with merchant and the description of goods, please note the fact the money left my account is enough for Mastercard that a transaction was placed.
Epine marketsphere - software/codes for software, terms already sent. See email on the terms bounces back. Multiple attempts to resolve with them and Yobe investments, these companies are linked as when I placed the second order on Epine these came up on transactions. Again multiple emails and showing what was purchased. Nothing received.
Cryptoplaza - voucher codes for digital art, terms and conditions sent that say contact for refund but nothing was ever received, products now different/removed from both websites they use. Email address on website bounces back.
Trndbm - multiple sites linked to these, email codes for Spa/body care items, nothing received. Chased via email and phone number, phone said nothing to do with them, terms state contact and refund but again no response.
Other notes - Screens crashing over the last few months card issue or phone connection issue showed the screen on a few. Fact remains nothing received and falls right under Mastercard terms, FOS even state that if the chargeback would be have a good chance of succeeding they should be raised or bank will be liable for the costs in this instance more than £950, would have thought bank with my evidence and the fact terms hit you would actually assist. Also noting the merchant is likely to respond if the goods were sent and received (they were not) but currently the only one at a loss is me.
Other issues - constant cutting off from live chat, ignoring of hardship this money needs to come back to me.
Numerous FOS guidance on cases that banks would be expected to raise without delay if scheme rules are satisfied they are on mine, it has a chance of succeeding and as FOS state merchant can either accept or challenge. FOS also state not up to the bank to decide on the outcome as it can go as far as required via arbitration.
So you can see my concerns that you are not processing in a timely manner.
Putting it right - Disputes raised without delay considering the above and all other information, temporary refund due to the delays, compensation of £100 for financial and material inconvenience.
