A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Well I’ve just looked at my Revolut and this morning 2 payments to Zpdg for £320 were refunded to my account! It’s only a tip of the iceberg however that’s winning! I’m over the bloody moon! That’s better than any gambling win! I’m absolutely made up! Some of the people on here are first class with their advice! Absolutely made up! Good luck to everyone! Fight fight fight! 🔥🙌🏼

Hi guys if dispute isn’t challenged for 30 days does the money go into your account the next day?

It's 45 days for mastercard but I think less for visa. But to answer your question not necessarily. I've had a merchant provide receipts to Mastercard after the 45 days, all be it fabricated, and the dispute has had to continue to next stages.

I created a chargeback text thats actually very strong in my opinion.

if Revolut should deny it again we can be sure they are on this thing 100%. The Site even offers Revolut Pay

Visa is 30 days from dispute being raised. I find VISA tend to give a temp refund and usually if no response in that 30 days you keep it, Mastercard is longer and the banks we seem to be dealing with Chase, Monzo etc the digital ones are not usually quick at updating hence the late false invoices being received

Hopefully, are you now dealing direct with Mastercard or still bank? I wouldn’t trust Chase on mine to actually challenge it I reckon they will just say here you go rejected as they are pretty useless. Well done on managing to find it all out though to hopefully win, it’s the main risk with goods that these fraudsters end up faking invoices
